As President of R.P.I., I bring more than 30 years of law enforcement experience to the company. I proudly served as a Police Officer with the Prince George’s County Police Department for three decades. For more than half of my career, I was assigned to specialized units, including the Narcotic Enforcement Division and the WAVE Unit (Washington Area Vehicle Enforcement).

These assignments required extensive specialized training, with surveillance operations playing a critical role in our success. From conducting surveillance on armed drug dealers to tracking carjacked vehicles, the experience and skills I gained throughout my career were invaluable.
